Using Science to Navigate Change

Behind Bohm – Mindset Impact Coaching, there’s me.
My professional journey began in fundamental research at an international research institute — an environment where analytical thinking, complexity and collaboration are part of everyday work.
For many years, I worked closely with scientific teams, both in supporting complex experiments and leading instrumentation projects to continuously optimize experimental conditions. Over time, however, my focus increasingly shifted to the driving force behind every project: the people who bring them to life.
.In management roles, I supported colleagues in navigating professional challenges, making decisions, and developing their projects. These experiences now shape my coaching approach: structured, analytical, and attentive to individual dynamics, motivations, and limits.
A significant turning point in my journey was leaving my home country, Austria. This leap into the unknown broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of change—not as a theoretical concept, but as a lived experience.
Today, all of this informs my work as a coach: a scientifically grounded, pragmatic, and essentials-focused approach.
To help you clarify your direction, make informed decisions, and open up new perspectives.
